In this workshop we'll discuss not only why but how to run a web serial, the pros and cons (mostly pros) of serializing your fiction online, including the many benefits of online serialization, the difference between serializing novel you've already written in order to build readership or draw attention to a series and developing a serial and writing it in "real time", the various platforms available for writers for serialization, ways to publicize your serial, monetizing your serial, free online tools, and much more.
